This teeny tiny bowl was a glaze experiment that hasn’t been perfected yet. It is mostly charcoal grey, with some blue pooling where the grey is thickest.
This was wheelthrown in a smooth speckled white clay and glazed in a deep, charcoal grey that brightens to swirls of navy and brighter blue - like constellations in a night sky.
This piece measures just over 6.5cm wide and about 5cm tall. This one-off piece would make a lovely little salt or dip bowl.
Although dishwasher safe, to keep these pieces at their very best I recommend hand washing.
Each piece is hand crafted, and I value the variations in shape, glaze and size that come from authentic hand craftsmanship.
