Navy constellation mug

These mugs were a glaze experiment and haven’t been perfected yet. They show some slight pitting on the surface, but are still beautiful and usable. Because they aren’t yet coming out perfectly, I’m offering them at a discounted price for now. 

These mugs have been wheelthrown in a smooth white clay and glazed in a deep, purpled brown that brightens to swirls of navy and brighter blue - like constellations in a night sky.

Each mug measures approximately 8.5cm high and 8cm around, making them average size coffee or tea cups. 

Although dishwasher safe, to keep these pieces at their very best I recommend hand washing. 

Each piece is hand crafted, and I value the variations in shape, glaze and size that come from authentic hand craftsmanship.
