White-dipped raw iron clay cups
White-dipped raw iron clay cups

This pair of small, light cups have been wheelthrown in an iron-rich clay and diagonally dipped in white glaze. Where left unglazed, the raw clay is toasted tan in places and features glossy iron specks that also show through the white glaze.
These pieces measure 8cm tall and 7cm wide. While made for sake, they're suited to any use and would make great little drinking cups - holding approximately 125mL of liquid.
Although dishwasher safe, to keep these pieces at their very best I recommend hand washing.
Each piece is hand crafted, and I value the variations in shape, glaze and size that come from authentic hand craftsmanship.
This set comes as a pair of two cups.
